With the mission of enabling talents in search of professional meaning to get a job in impact organizations, Meet My Job aims to help as many Belgian talents as possible at a national level! And to meet this challenge, we are expanding the team! 🎉

We are therefore looking for our alter ego specialized in Marketing and Digital Communication.

Your mission will be to grow the Meet My Job community (NL and FR) in order to consolidate our position as an essential platform in the search for meaningful jobs!

Concretely, you will work on our marketing and communication actions in NL and FR so that the whole of Belgium (no less) is only talking about Meet My Job ! 📣 This will involve social media management, newsletters, SEO/SEA campaigns, the creation of impactful visuals, the blog, paper media (brochures and flyers), ...

As one of the Dutch-speaking spokespersons for Meet My Job, you will also have the opportunity to help us in the development of the B2B network as well as in the onboarding of Flemish companies and associations. And yes, you will have the chance to have a front-row seat to the expansion in Flanders ! Isn't that beautiful!? 😀

Profile

You have an excellent command of Dutch (mother tongue), with a good knowledge of French or English (minimum level B2);
You ideally have a 1st experience in operational marketing;
You have an entrepreneurial mindset! You are not afraid to take the lead, to test, to make mistakes, to rectify, to improve... ;
You have a natural talent for creating visuals ;
You're familiar with tools like Meta and Google Ads ;
You are driven by Meet My Job's mission as well as by the values defended !

The + :

You have a first experience in an entrepreneurial project (study project, internship, 1st job, etc.)
You have a good knowledge of SEO and tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush hold no secrets for you.
