The sales department, which includes 25 stores and more than 150 employees, contributes to this social mission by selling the production of the sorting center in our second-hand stores and offering an efficient socio-professional integration framework to all employees.
For our store located on rue Wayez, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager, for a 6-month full-time fixed-term contract, with a possible extension to a permanent contract. 🚀
👉 Tasks
You will collaborate in the management of the team's skills (recruitment, reception, training)
You coordinate the organization of the team's 📝 daily tasks
You involve the team in the commercial dynamics of the store
You are aiming to increase the shop's 📈 turnover
You ensure the restocking and regular tidying up of the store
You contribute to the management system for the rotation of goods, orders and deliveries
You ensure the valuation of clothing/accessories at the right price ✨
You will be responsible for the cash register and the administrative follow-up of the cash registers
You guarantee quality customer service (satisfaction and loyalty)
You participate in the implementation of commercial actions
You ensure compliance with the safety and well-being measures of the team 👌
Profile
Diploma level: at least the CESS
You have experience in commercial management and you enjoy teamwork
You have a good knowledge of the styles and trends of second-hand 👒 textiles
You are able to accompany people with different abilities and you know how to manage possible conflicts
You are organized and able to adapt to the unexpected
You express yourself perfectly in French, both written and oral, and you have a good knowledge of the Office suite
You have no medical contraindications to dust (second-hand items), nor back problems, as you will have to work standing up and carrying loads
You are willing to work on Saturdays 📆
Why apply?
A 6-month full-time fixed-term contract, 5 days and 37h30 per week, from Monday to Saturday with a day of rest to be determined during the week. An extension is possible on a permanent contract. 💼
A salary determined by the scales of the Petits Riens according to your seniority

The reimbursement of 100% home-work by public transport; 0.35€/km by bike/scooter or a sectoral flat rate if you choose your car
