Job description
Context
The @Home 18-24 reception centre is part of the non-profit organisation Maisons d'accueil des Petits Riens. Based in Forest, the structure provides housing to homeless men aged 18 to 24. With a capacity of 21 beds and operating 24/7, a team of about ten social workers is responsible for the reception, accommodation, psycho-medico-social and administrative follow-up of young users.
To complete the team, we are recruiting for a replacement contract :
A psychologist - social worker h.f.x.
Missions
Under the responsibility of the Director of @Home 18-24, your mission is to ensure the work of a psychologist equivalent to a half-time job and a half-time social worker.
👉 Your missions will be :
For the Psychologist part: As part of our specific mission to support victims of domestic violence:
To provide psychological assistance and individual support for beneficiaries,
To support the public in the steps towards well-being and the evolution of their mental health,
To offer collective awareness-raising workshops with or without an external partner,
Participate in the multidisciplinary work dynamic during team and network meetings,
For the Social Worker part:
Reception, administrative follow-up and psychosocial support for young people in order to facilitate their sustainable empowerment,
The collective educational animation of the house,
👌 Tasks
Individual and collective psychological interviews with young victims of domestic violence
Building a network around the person and the institution
Reception: welcome interview, anamnesis, installation in the room and in the group
Budgetary and administrative monitoring: putting the user's administrative situation in order
Evaluation: support for users in the definition and implementation of their project
Educational support: tutoring, work on hygiene, etc
The management of the collective life of the house (meal preparation, cleaning, recreational, sports and cultural activities, etc.)
Accompaniment towards the user's exit from the residential reception centre
Maintain statistics on the psychological follow-ups put in place
Profile
You have a degree in psychology 🎓
You ideally have useful experience in the areas of homelessness, mental health, domestic violence or substance abuse
You demonstrate proven human qualities of listening, empathy, unconditional acceptance and congruence 🙏
You are proficient in the tools of the Office suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
You are proficient in oral and written communication in French. Knowledge of other languages is a valuable asset.

37-hour work schedule spread over 5 days including work on weekends and public holidays, occasionally nights
Salary defined according to the COCOF scales of the CP 319.02, including a half-time salary valued at the psychologist scale by the COCOF as part of the specific mission
