The IRIS Sud Hospitals are looking for a Management Control Assistant (m/f/x), on a permanent contract, full-time ✨ for the budget and management control department

As a Controlling Assistant, you will play a key role in our controlling department. You will provide essential support to the team by actively participating in the compensation process for independent contractors and contributing to the production of financial dashboards and reports.

You will join a team of 4 people and work under the supervision of the CFO. This position involves close collaboration with internal departments (Human Resources, Secretarials, Pricing, Accounting, etc.) and independent service providers (doctors, physiotherapists and paramedics).

You will work at the Baron Lambert site (Etterbeek).

👉 What will your job consist of:

📝 Operational and administrative monitoring of the remuneration process for independent medical and physiotherapists:

  • Collection, verification and encoding of payroll elements in the appropriate software or Excel tables

  • Updating and monitoring of monitoring databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy

  • Application and control of the terms of the contracts of independent service providers, in particular with regard to retrocessions and payroll calculations

  • Management of payroll-related emails and calls, answering questions from service providers

  • Participation in the production of retrocession calculations

  • Collaboration with internal services (independent HR, Secretariats, Pricing, Accounting) for the transmission of information and verification of data

  • Transmission of statements to service providers and department heads (printing of payslips, annexes, documents and summary files, etc.)

 🤝 Support for the missions of the management control department:

  • Participation in the updating of monthly dashboards and monitoring of activity indicators

  • Extraction, collection and consolidation of financial and activity data for the preparation of monitoring reports and databases

  • Collection and transmission of data necessary for analyses carried out by management control

  • Contribution to the preparation of financial and activity reports for internal and external teams

Profile

🎓 Formation:

Bachelor's/graduate-level diploma, ideally related to the function (accounting, management, administration, etc.)

👌 Experience and knowledge:

  • You have a very strong affinity with numbers and ideally you have a first experience in the financial sector

  • Very good command of Excel (pivot tables, data extraction and processing, database management, etc.) and office automation tools

  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch

  • Rigor and organization: You are methodical, logical, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Team spirit and autonomy: You know how to work independently while providing strong support to your colleagues

💰 Gross remuneration, with resumption of seniority :

  •  Min:  €3313.66 gross (index : 2.1223)

  • Max : €5234.62 gross (index : 2.1223)
