Job description

Happy Hours Market fights against food waste by repurposing unsold food from Belgian retail. Through our app and e-commerce site, we allow consumers to buy products at half price while having a positive impact on the environment. As we grow, we are looking for motivated talent to help us optimize our digital platform and boost our sales system.

🛠️ Principles of responsibility

1. E-Commerce: Platform Optimization

  • Collaborate with our partners to organize and track product collection

  • Track arrivals and control stock updates

  • Improve the quality of product information (titles, descriptions, visuals, prices, etc.)

2. Promotion & Pricing

  • Track daily sales and spot product trends

  • Adapt the highlights according to the available volumes and commercial performance

  • Offer promotions related to stock to be sold or marketing actions

3. Performance Monitoring & Procurement

  • Analyze sales KPIs (average basket, click-through rate, out-of-stocks, etc.)

  • Take concrete procurement initiatives to support sales growth

  • Collaborate with logistics, product and marketing teams to streamline operations

4. B2B & commercial prospecting

  • Identify and source new B2B customers to sell our surplus products

  • Send personalized commercial offers and create a real relationship of trust with partners (key account type)

  • Manage follow-up in our tools (CRM, follow-up files, reminders) and contribute to structuring the B2B sales process

Profile

  • You are autonomous, rigorous and organized

  • You are interested in e-commerce, retail and environmental impact

  • You are comfortable with digital tools (Google Sheets, Excel, e-commerce back-office)

  • You have an appetite for numbers, products and food retail

  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone to contact partners and take initiatives that will make a difference
