For that, we need you! šŸ’Ŗ The Customer Service Intern at Happy Hours Market will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service team in the day-to-day management of customer requests and contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of service.

āœØ Main responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer messages and requests via different communication channels (mainly Intercom)

  • Manage voucher requests and refunds according to established procedures

  • Coordinate with operational teams to resolve order-related issues

  • Participate in the verification of feedback shifts and the improvement of Customer Service processes

  • Assist in the preparation of weekly reports on customer issues

šŸŽÆ Specific projects:

In addition to the day-to-day tasks, the intern may be involved in the following projects:

  • Contribute to the optimization of Customer Service for the company's scale-up

  • Participate in the creation and updating of the FAQ for customers

  • Analyze customer survey data to identify areas for service improvement

  • Assist in the organization and analysis of customer experience tests at pick-up points

  • Assist in the launch of the Happier community and various events

Profile

šŸ¤ø ā™€ļø About you

  • Student in the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in management, communication, or related field

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French (English is a plus)

  • Strong customer focus and ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy

šŸ¤“ Your skills

  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with data

  • Proficiency in office automation tools and ability to quickly learn new software (Intercom, Notion, etc.)

  • Organizational skills, proactivity and ability to work in a team

  • Interest in the anti-food waste sector and the circular economy
