Operations Coordinator

🤝 Your role, if you accept it:

Within the supply chain team, as Operations Coordinator : 

• You manage and coach the team of about thirty workers on a daily basis.  You maintain a serene environment and maintain a good working atmosphere.

• You coordinate end-to-end operations. From receipt to order picking, you make sure that everything is ready on time. 

• You determine the warehouse organization taking into account financial goals, operational processes and safety

• You adjust, determine and evaluate the necessary resources (HR planning management, sharing of key tasks and purchase of equipment and warehouse materials, etc.)

• You are present during order picking hours and ensure that the warehouse remains tidy. 

• You train new warehouse workers.

• You are responsible for monitoring the processes and making proposals for improvements in the long term.

• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a team management position in logistics/supply chain.

• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.

• You are a hands-on person with strong organizational ability and a deep understanding of warehouse-related demands.

• You are an energetic and positive person! You are able to withstand some more stressful days in a good mood
