With the combination of local micro-brewery, food sharing, beer shop and art space, Brasserie Surréaliste transports you through its universe between surrealism and splendor in an extraordinary place.
In addition to our beers brewed on site, the restaurant offers a sharp selection of local and foreign beers, natural wines and psychedelic cocktails. Besides that, we offer a creative cuisine in food sharing mode with lots of local and delicious ingredients.
We are looking for a sommelier chef to advise our great customers on our selection of craft beers and natural wines.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience
Advising customers on craft beers and natural wines
Taking orders in the dining room and ensuring optimal service
Setting up and closing the service
Keeping equipment and space clean and organized
Horeca experience desired (but not mandatory)
Welcoming, smiling and caring
Knowledge of craft beer and/or wines
Be available in the evenings and/or weekends
Languages: French, and ideally English and/or Dutch.
