Yes, some forward-thinking companies have already had the intelligence to offer their employees this choice of the number of days in teleworking from 0 to 5 i.e. "Full Time". The question started from "why still come to the office?".

Ah!!!! Well-being at work! Dream of an ideal (does it sound like the lyrics of a song? it's the case "a people, a humanity that dreams of ideals, of escape into the imagination") or sweet utopia then?

Some are convinced that it is possible to find a base that can satisfy everyone when we are all so different!

Others argue that humans are perpetually dissatisfied and simply don't believe it... "You can't make everyone happy, it's impossible": really?

The health crisis has come and gone and highlighted that while some were finally fully blossoming thanks to teleworking, others were living hell in the face of loneliness, the atmosphere at home, real suffering and sometimes even showing signs of distress...

Well-being at work is a vast and broad theme with sometimes blurred boundaries....

A subject that has often been discussed in our hrmeetup capsules and where I noted that the simplest recipe would perhaps be to first survey your employees because in the end, in our image, no company is similar to another and therefore no model will ever be perfectly transposable: isn't that your opinion?
