I have the pleasure of welcoming Taoufik Amzile. Taoufik is the co-founder and president of LEAD Belgium, the network of entrepreneurs and professionals from diverse backgrounds that offers entrepreneurial development and corporate social responsibility programs.
I met Taoufik 2.5 years ago as part of Teach for Belgium , of which he is a member of the board of directors. Education and mentoring, but also diversity and sustainable development, are themes that have guided and accompanied him throughout his career as an entrepreneur and political scientist.
Whenever we chat over coffee, I admire her empathy, nuance, and choice of words, especially on her favorite topics like diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). I wanted to make a podcast episode out of it that I invite you to discover.
