"Protecting nature is the most beautiful job in the world", Simon, cartographer

Episode description
French

Keeping the forest alive, no less. Surrounded by trees and lulled by birds, how is this seemingly "solitary" profession experienced by Simon Botton, a cartographer who graduated from the Walloon Public Service? What pushes people to take this path? How do you manage and diagnose a forest? What is the responsibility of a cartographer towards this precious ecosystem?  Simon, I wanted to interview him because his job is unconventional and I like that. He works in the forest 50% of the time and he is fully committed to nature. So I love the world of the outdoors, talking with Simon was so cool. In addition, he gave me some tips for my bivouacs. So if you also love nature, this podcast is for you!

Happy listening!
