1️⃣ Content creation

• Produce Reels, TikTok, stories, interviews and "behind-the-scenes" formats

• Find creative concepts that fit each platform

• Filming, editing and participating in videos

• Create training content for our teams

2️⃣ Actions on the ground

• Filming at our pick-up points

• Meet our customers, partners and teams

• Producing testimonies and spontaneous formats

• Concretely showing the impact of Happy Hours Market

3️⃣ Retain our communities

• Animate Instagram with stories and our channel

• Engage with our subscribers and strengthen their engagement

• Relaunching TikTok and accelerating its growth

• Transform our audience into an active and loyal community

4️⃣ Test, analyze, improve

• Participate in the editorial strategy

• Spot trends and seize opportunities quickly

• Track account views, reach, engagement, and growth

• Identify what works and adjust what doesn't

Propose, test and challenge your approach regularly

• You are creative, proactive and always ready to propose an idea

• You are comfortable in front of the camera and with video editing

• You like to go out into the field and meet new people

• You are outgoing, empathetic and resourceful

• You master the codes of Instagram and TikTok

• You follow trends without just copying them

• You are organized, autonomous and results-oriented

• A good knowledge of Dutch is a plus
