Job description

  • Plan and manage the editorial calendar.

  • Create and publish content on LinkedIn and Meta.

  • Adapt content to each platform.

  • Ensure a regular and consistent presence.

  • Produce or coordinate the creation of:

    • Photos

    • Short videos

    • Actuals

    • Stories

    • Customer interviews

    • Behind the scenes of the company

    • Employee testimonials

    • Event content

    • Newsletters

    • Blog posts

  • Organize targeted events

  • Monitor and improve the different KPIs

Profile

  • You are fluent in English and French, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

  • You have a digital mindset

  • You have a strong desire to work in a structure on a human scale, constantly participating in its development and in the search for new opportunities.

  • Strong communication and relationships are essential. You will need to ensure that Sparks digital tools are properly understood and used by the team.

  • You are proactive, reliable, loyal and willing to take responsibility

  • You are rigorous, looking for consistent quality and always looking to improve.

  • You like to work in a stimulating environment, not be afraid to learn or face all obstacles.

  • You are service-oriented and customer-oriented.

  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills

Conduct of interviews
