Job description

Plan and manage the editorial calendar.
Create and publish content on LinkedIn and Meta.
Adapt content to each platform.
Ensure a regular and consistent presence.
Produce or coordinate the creation of:
- Photos
- Short videos
- Actuals
- Stories
- Customer interviews
- Behind the scenes of the company
- Employee testimonials
- Event content
- Newsletters
- Blog posts
Organize targeted events
Monitor and improve the different KPIs

Profile

You are fluent in English and French, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
You have a digital mindset
You have a strong desire to work in a structure on a human scale, constantly participating in its development and in the search for new opportunities.
Strong communication and relationships are essential. You will need to ensure that Sparks digital tools are properly understood and used by the team.
You are proactive, reliable, loyal and willing to take responsibility
You are rigorous, looking for consistent quality and always looking to improve.
You like to work in a stimulating environment, not be afraid to learn or face all obstacles.
You are service-oriented and customer-oriented.
You have excellent organizational and time management skills
