Clinical Psychologist in Oncology-Hematology and Sarcoma (M/F/X)
Job description
As a clinical psychologist in adult oncology:
- You provide psychological support to cancer patients and their relatives (psychological listening to the experience of the disease, support in the process of psychosocial adjustment related to their condition);
- You diagnose the psychological functioning and psychopathological aspects of patients;
- You collaborate with the Oncology Care coordinators and the relevant care team to improve and adapt patient care;
- You participate in multidisciplinary staff meetings;
- You take an active part in continuing education.
- You are an integral part of a team of psychologists and actively participate in its dynamics, particularly through exchanges around clinical situations, case discussions and clinical reflection.
Profile
Skills required:
- You are in possession of a degree in clinical psychology and a clinical psychologist visa,
- You have experience in oncology;
- You have experience with families;
- You have experience in a multidisciplinary team which is required, preferably in a hospital setting;
- You demonstrate empathy, listening, analysis and clinical sense;
- You are open to training and supervision in a multidisciplinary team
