Job description
The Iris Sud Hospitals, the Saint-Pierre University Hospital and the Brussels University Hospital (H.U.B) are part of a project for a strategic grouping of public and university hospitals in Brussels, supported by a favourable opinion from the medical councils. This dynamic strengthens collaboration between teams, while consolidating the stability of our establishments and supporting their evolution towards an ever more integrated and coherent care offer. It is a real opportunity to join a stimulating environment, driven by strong values of public service, clinical and academic excellence.
IRIS South Hospitals is looking for,
For the Pharmacy on the Etterbeek-Ixelles site (Ixelles),
A Clinical Hospital Pharmacist (m/f/x)
On a full-time permanent contract
Join the Iris Sud Hospitals and participate in the transformation of the hospital pharmacy
Why we recruit
Iris Sud Hospitals is looking for a Clinical Hospital Pharmacist who is willing to actively contribute to the evolution of hospital pharmacy in a rapidly changing environment.
The hospital landscape is currently undergoing major transformations. The deployment of PICS, the increasing automation of certain logistics activities and organisational changes in the sector are leading to a gradual reduction in certain traditional production and distribution activities historically carried out in hospital pharmacies. Faced with this reality, our pharmacy department has made the strategic choice to redirect its resources towards activities with higher added value for patients.
Our ambition is clear: to develop a modern clinical pharmacy, capable of acting on a large scale on the quality and safety of treatments. In a context of limited resources, we want to design innovative and efficient approaches, supported by new technologies and artificial intelligence, in order to maximize pharmaceutical added value within the institution.
In this context, we are looking for a clinical hospital pharmacist capable of supporting this transformation and participating in the construction of the hospital pharmacy of tomorrow.
