Job description

Your mission
As a Public Procurement Buyer, you will play a key role in the proper management of the hospital's purchases.
Your main objective
- Analyze, manage and optimize purchasing requests from our internal departments, while ensuring full compliance with legislation and our internal procedures.
- You will work at the heart of the organization, in direct contact with requesting departments, other support services, Operational Purchasing, and the Head of the Purchasing and Public Procurement Department.
What you will do on a daily basis
1. Preparation and follow-up of purchasing files
You will be responsible for all stages:
- Identify needs, analyze the market and propose the appropriate procedure
- Draft specifications covering administrative, contractual and technical aspects in collaboration with requesting departments
- Launch calls for tenders, analyze applications and compare offers
- Ensure competitive bidding and conduct any necessary negotiations
- Propose a successful bidder and notify the results
- Monitor the proper execution of contracts throughout their duration
2. Develop your expertise and participate in department life
- Stay informed about legal and practical developments
- Participate in internal training sessions and professional meetings
- Actively contribute to the atmosphere and information sharing within the department
Profile
🎓 Degrees, knowledge and experience
- Mastery of public procurement procedures (at least two years of experience)
- Excellent writing skills
