HR & Office Support ad interim
Job description
As part of a 3-month replacement, we are looking for an HR & Office Support to ensure the continuity of our HR and administrative activities within our SME.
Your missions:
Follow-up of employees' HR files
Support to the recruitment process
Encoding of payroll-related elements (absences, contracts, events, etc.), in collaboration with finance and the social secretariat
Internal communication
Management of the commissary and administrative follow-up
Profile
First successful experience in a human resources department
Organized, reliable and autonomous
Good command of French and Dutch
At home in a versatile and dynamic environment
Collaborative spirit and sense of service
