👥 Team Management & Recruitment:
Coaching : accompanying and guiding each team member individually in his or her professional development
Recruitment : identify and recruit new talent to strengthen the team. You recruit your own crack team!
HR management : ensure schedules, contract management and the integration of new employees.
Team building : organize events to strengthen team spirit and celebrate the progress of the project together.
📈 Managing an area in the store:
Entrepreneurial spirit : as a zone manager, you manage your sector like a real entrepreneur.
Stock management and orders : you will take care of daily orders with your team, you will be responsible for stocks, the organisation and layout of the area, the training of the teams and contact with suppliers.
Analysis and optimization : like to analyze numbers and implement actions to boost sales in your scope. You have a proactive approach and are not afraid to experiment, innovate or make mistakes.
Strategic decisions : participate in the day-to-day team decisions to develop the store at its best level.
🏋️ Fieldwork:
Active in-store presence : you are a dynamic salesperson who is involved in the field, just like the rest of the team.
Be at the heart of the in-store action : where you'll juggle a variety of missions such as customer service at the checkout, replenishing cashews in bulk, building towering mountains of carrots or serving at the cheese counter.
Training for teams : you ensure the continuous training of your team by sharing constructive feedback with them. You boost your team's motivation by encouraging them to take initiative.
Customer satisfaction : improving the in-store customer experience and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
