🪴 About the internship:

Relieve Furniture is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project & Account Management Intern to join our small, dynamic team! This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, account management and project coordination by following a meaningful goal and fighting for a positive climate impact in the furniture industry.

🚩Your responsibilities:

  • Project Follow-up: Assist in the management of projects with various partners, ranging from small to large companies. Track project deadlines, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Participate in customer meetings: Participate in customer meetings alongside the sales and account management teams. Take notes, contribute ideas, and contribute to the identification of customer needs and solutions.

  • Lead Validation: Contribute to lead validation processes, conducting research to identify potential leads and helping to qualify them.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, prepare sales documents, and help produce proposals or presentations for customers, following the process with them through to after-sales services.

  • Logistical support: help with the organization and follow-up of the collection and delivery of orders from beneficiaries. Monitor product availability and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill orders efficiently.

  • Relationship building: Commitment to nurturing client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships through effective communication and proactive support.

Profile

  • Pursue a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset.

  • Eager to learn and contribute to a great project with big ambitions.

  • English (all other languages are a plus, especially French and Dutch)

  • Driver's License B
