As a Customer Care Employee, you will answer questions from policyholders regarding the terms and conditions of contract within the framework of group health insurance, reimbursements and procedures to be followed by telephone, e-mail or simple letter.
On a day-to-day basis:
You are the first point of contact for all questions related to the group health insurance contract
You analyze your customers' requests and make sure to provide them with a complete response
You contribute to customer satisfaction through your communication

You like customer contact and are attentive to customer satisfaction
You enjoy learning new subjects and have an interest in the insurance or healthcare industry
You have an excellent command of French and Dutch (bilingualism, C1 or C2 level required)
You are results-oriented in order to be as efficient as possible
You are quality-oriented and transmit reliable information
You have an upper secondary school diploma with proven experience or a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
A full-time, fixed-term contract (6 months) with flexible hours and the possibility of telecommuting up to 3 days a week.
