Your Mission

Dive into the world of sponsorship and grants management and enable organizations to amplify their positive impact on society.

  • Serve as the 1st line of support for our customer base

  • Achieve excellent results in terms of response time, satisfaction, and resolution time

  • Become an expert of the Optimy platform

  • Empower customers in their daily use of the platform

  • Participate in improving our customer self-service online documentation

  • Technical issues analysis, follow up and coordination with IT, customer and internal updates, testing of resolutions

  • Be a professional and friendly advisor and know when to suggest best practices, how to defuse problems and always answer our customers' questions as quickly as possible.

  • Take initiatives to improve our internal processes and best practices

Profile

  • You already have experience in a position of customer facing role

  • You are a team player and take ownership of incoming requests

  • You are smart & sensible, enthusiastic, and empathetic

  • You can keep your composure and always aim at a solution

  • Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You have a good analytical mind to understand client request/need, and the ability to prioritise

  • You are a native German speaker and you are fluent in English

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and high-volume of work with a positive attitude

  • We work in a fast-changing environment, you are resilient to change and grab the opportunities that are presented to you

  • Experience in SaaS environment is a plus

  • You are a highly motivated candidate and a team player who wants to contribute to the success of Optimy

Conduct of interviews

  • 45-minute HR call with one of our recruiters

  • You will be asked to prepare an assessment to present at the second interview. This interview can last between 1h and 1h30.

  • Final 30-minute or 1-hour interview with the manager and/or CEO
