Serve as the 1st line of support for our customer base
Achieve excellent results in terms of response time, satisfaction, and resolution time
Become an expert of the Optimy platform
Empower customers in their daily use of the platform
Participate in improving our customer self-service online documentation
Technical issues analysis, follow up and coordination with IT, customer and internal updates, testing of resolutions
Be a professional and friendly advisor and know when to suggest best practices, how to defuse problems and always answer our customers' questions as quickly as possible.

You already have experience in a position of customer facing role
You are a team player and take ownership of incoming requests

Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have a good analytical mind to understand client request/need, and the ability to prioritise
You are a native German speaker and you are fluent in English
