We are looking for a student in the last or penultimate year of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting to join 🤩 us

👉 Missions and responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the team, you will perform the following accounting tasks:

Participation in the project to transfer tenant invoicing from our Winbooks-Logistics Software to our Zapfloor business software
Sorting and approving vendor invoices : You sort, send for approval, and collect approvals of vendor invoices for encoding and later payment
Customer invoicing : you contribute to the invoicing of rents, charges and other periodic services
Other possible accounting tasks in accordance with the function

Profile

You are a student in the last or penultimate year of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 🎓
You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English and an average knowledge of the other national language
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office 💻 suite
Knowledge and/or experience in accounting and invoicing software (WinBooks-Logistics preferred) is a plus
Your integrity and rigor are irreproachable, you have a good team spirit
A strong interest in the NGO or socio-cultural sector is an asset 🌱
