LEPIVITS SA is looking for a versatile Junior Office Assistant to support the various departments of the company. You will play a central role in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth link between internal teams, customers, and partners:
Communications Management :
Handle BtoC, BtoB and customer support emails.
Answer calls from customers and partners.
Customer Service :
Manage returns and complaints.
Sales Support :
Assist in prospecting and customer follow-up via Odoo CRM.
Manage and update trading terms.
Document management :
Update price listings, product pages, and compendium.
Update product information at BtoB retailers.
Partnerships and communication :
Seek new partnerships and participate in communication initiatives.
Use artificial intelligence to optimize campaigns and analytics.
Event Planning :
Plan internal and external events, including webinars.
Internal animation :
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and create a monthly internal newsletter.
Profile
Hard Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (InDesign), and CRM (Odoo).
Use of artificial intelligence tools for analysis and optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Soft Skills
Versatility and autonomy.
