Job description
We are currently looking for a person who is passionate about food and change to contribute to the success of Kéfir Eau Vertueuse in Belgium and Europe as an Administrative Assistant.
Missions :
Inventory Management
Management of control interfaces via Wix & Ankorstore
Label printing
Maintenance of invoicing software
Command encoding
Sending parcels
Traceability
Provide administrative support when needed to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Profile
Fluency in English and French, Dutch would be a plus
Mastery of invoicing software and Excel
Taking the initiative
