👉 Your missions:

As an intern, you will work on strategic and operational projects around e-business and e-commerce:

Product integration and marketplace management :

Implementing, managing and updating products on marketplace platforms
Order tracking and product visibility management
Optimization of product sheets to improve conversion and visibility on marketplaces
Implementation and monitoring of promotions and campaigns on marketplaces

Development of customer decision support tools :

Implementation of an interactive tool to help our customers choose the product that best suits their needs, based on specific criteria
Management of the integration of this tool on our site and monitoring of its effectiveness
Analysis of customer feedback and adjustments to improve the user experience

E-commerce performance analysis :

Track product performance and marketplace sales
Propose improvement actions based on customer feedback and sales trends

Profile

Student in E-business, Digital Marketing, Commerce or a similar 🎓 field
Strong interest in e-commerce, marketplaces and online customer experience
Interest in inventory management tools, marketplace platforms and data analysis tools
Good project management skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good level of English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
Organizational skills and ability to manage several projects in parallel 📆
Creative, dynamic, autonomous and with a strong analytical capacity
Team spirit and good communication 🤝
