Job description

The IRIS Sud Hospitals are looking for a Senior Recruitment Officer (m/f/x) on a permanent contract for 38 hours a week for the Human Resources Department, located on the Etterbeek-Baron Lambert site.

As a Senior Recruitment Officer, you will manage the recruitment, selection and engagement of our future employees with various profiles to meet the needs of our hospitals.

What you'll do:

  • You will manage the recruitment process from A to Z:

    • Intake, drafting of the offer,

    • Identification of recruitment channels,

    • CV screening, telephone screening,

    • Creation and testing (role-plays, work samples, etc.),

    • Interviews, feedback to candidates, salary proposal.

  • You will be involved in projects related to recruitment and the recruitment team.

  • You will have an advisory role for the managers in your portfolio and you will position yourself as a real partner.

  • You will keep candidates informed from the first contacts throughout the recruitment process and accompany future new hires until the contract is signed.

  • You will organize (agenda management, planning) interviews and tests because you want to maintain the link with the candidate from the beginning to the end of the process.

  • You will keep the data up to date in our Applicant Tracking System.

  • You will ensure the administrative follow-up of files (mobility, commitment, etc.) in collaboration with the HR Assistant.

With whom and how?

  • You will join a team of 3 recruiters and 1 HR assistant where involvement, humor and collaboration take precedence.

  • You will have the freedom to organize your recruitments as you wish because our managers are used to giving a lot of autonomy to our team.

  • You will work mainly on the Baron Lambert site and will be regularly required to travel to the other sites.

Profile

  • You have a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree.

  • You don't have experience in a hospital setting? It doesn't matter. The important thing is that you have at least 5 years' experience in recruitment (firm, temporary agency, corporate, self-employed), that you are able to carry out a recruitment from A to Z and that you want to deepen your knowledge of the different professions for which you are recruiting.

  • You have good theoretical and practical knowledge of recruitment (skills dictionary, profile taking, interview template, structured interview, STAR method, testing).

  • The candidate experience is central to your practice.

  • You are organized and are used to managing different priorities at the same time.

  • You like to work in a team.

  • You have an analytical and critical mind.

  • You are resourceful in finding solutions.

  • You are thorough and methodical in your profile-taking, writing offers, and managing information.

  • You have easy communication both orally and in writing and are a good listener.

  • Ideally, you have a good knowledge of Dutch.

Conduct of interviews

1/ A telephone interview with a recruiter.

2/ A behavioral analysis (DISC) to be completed online.

3/ An interview with our Manager and a recruiter as well as role-plays and exercises related to the position.
