Job description

As a Student Manager, you will support the Operations Manager by independently taking charge of the larger team.

In concrete terms, your responsibility will consist of fully supervising the management of students at the collection points (pdr), from A to Z.

Students are mainly recruited to ensure the distribution of orders to customers and the smooth operation of collection points. You will support them in this role by offering support during their service.

To ensure a smooth running during their shifts, an efficient organization of the schedule and daily follow-up are necessary.


You are dynamic, organized and passionate about the fight against food waste. You have demonstrated experience in team management. You are autonomous, proactive and like to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Your skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong team management skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. You are able to adapt quickly.

  • Sense of organization, versatility and flexibility

  • Autonomy, initiative and a high sense of responsibility

Software to know ideally:

  • Notion (not required)

  • SLING (not required)
