As an application architect for the information and system department, you will be responsible for the following activities:
You work on business cases with the project manager(s)
You identify and formalize high-level business processes in a transversal way, both internally and externally (B2B)
You establish the conceptual data model
You will draw up a glossary of business terms in order to standardise the vocabulary used during communications between the different actors
You identify the actors, roles and responsibilities
You identify the triggering events of the processes, the input and output data, the business rules for transitioning between tasks
Together with the users, you develop test scenarios
You draw up the technical specifications of the interfaces for data exchange between applications
You participate in the development of these interfaces
You design the necessary measures to ensure the smooth functioning of the Application Integration Platform (EAI) and participate in their implementation
Profile
Knowledge and know-how:
You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, followed by 5 years of work experience.
Experience in a similar function and environment as Saint-Luc is a plus.
You are able to organize your work and respect priorities.
You are able to write documentation.
You are able to carry out the analysis schemes.
Knowledge of a project management methodology such as Prince2 is a plus
Proficiency in the UML modeling language is a plus
Knowledge of the technologies in place at Saint-Luc, such as Java, Javascript, Angular, SQL (Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL Server), microservices, HL7, web services, XML, is a plus
You have sufficient command of English (B2 level) to communicate with suppliers.
Dutch is a plus.
