Sales & Marketing Trainee - Barcelona (3 months min - 6 months)

Bambaw is a growing zero-waste brand that develops natural and eco-friendly products. All our products are designed to replace wasteful single-use products. Currently, we are present across whole Europe in physical and online shops.

Recently we launched Arista Ayurveda, a self-care brand with a collection of products inspired by ayurvedic wellness and crafted with care both for the users and the planet.

Integrated in the Wholesale department, the sales & marketing trainee will assist the account managers and business developers with the goal of expanding the brands presence and awareness all over Europe.

Reporting directly to the Head of Wholesale, responsibilities will focus on:

Account management (50% of the time): assist Key Account Managers in:

• Prepare business reviews,

• Customers portfolio analysis,

• Request and process sales information received from the key accounts,

• Plan calls and meetings with wholesale customers altogether with the Key Account Managers[AdH|B1],

• Write newsletters announcing product updates, new launches and other relevant business information.

Business Customer Care (30% of the time):

• Overlook and supervise fulfillment process: validate orders, follow-up with warehouse, communicate with customers,

• Handle and resolve incoming wholesale queries.

New business (20% of the time):

• Assist in the execution of the prospecting funnel and its involved sales tasks – emails, calls, presentations, meetings

• Master's degree in business administration or marketing.

• Excellent command both spoken and written of English and French. Other European languages such Spanish or Dutch are a plus.
