Job description

The mission of the Website Manager is to ensure the efficient management of Bambaw's e-commerce sites. This involves focusing on technical and content aspects, with the aim of continuously improving the user experience, driving traffic and increasing conversion rates on our websites.

You'll collaborate with our in-house team, such as brand managers, as well as external partners such as development agencies, translators, and SEO experts. Managing these relationships is essential for the position and requires good communication and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical and content management: ensuring the technical robustness and relevance of the content of our e-commerce sites, maintaining security, speed and user engagement.

  • Optimize the customer journey: refine the customer experience, from the first visit to post-purchase, closely aligning with our brand's message and marketing initiatives.

  • Traffic and conversion strategies: implement performance advertising and upsell strategies to attract and retain an engaged audience.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with marketing, product, and external agencies to ensure a consistent digital experience that aligns with the brand's mission and communication style.

  • Performance monitoring: tracking, analyzing, and reporting e-commerce KPIs to assess site performance and inform future strategies.

Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in website management or a similar role.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience with at least one of the following CMS systems: WordPress or Shopify. Willingness to learn from others.

  • Experience with Google's marketing stack and SEO tools such as SEMrush.

  • Superior analytical and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English and French.

  • Excellent collaboration skills are essential, given the need to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
