You'll own the entire textile development lifecycle â from fiber selection, spinning, â fabric manufacturing â testing â production readiness â post-launch improvement.
You will need to:
Develop textile solutions from feasibility â prototypes â PPS â launch
Engineer Fabric Blends (Fiber Selection + Spinning + Yarn Specifications)
Define the constructions (GSM, types of weaving/knitting, cable, finishing) to achieve the target performance
Perform textile performance tests (cooling, breathability, antibacterial, moisture wicking)
Washing and durability tests (shrinkage, pilling, color fastness, tensileness, seam strength)
Align factories with sewing, tolerances, measurement charts, and finishing standards
Lead structured prototyping cycles and iterate quickly with suppliers
Approve the PPS and validate supplier readiness for bulk production
Review customer feedback on a monthly basis; Investigate the root causes and fix the discs
Enhance existing products (Gen1 â Gen1.1) with data-driven textile enhancements
