Bambaw is a fast-growing zero-waste brand that develops natural and environmentally friendly products. đ± All our products are designed to replace disposable and polluting products. Currently, we are present throughout Europe, in physical and online stores.
Recently, we launched Arista Ayurveda, a wellness brand with a collection of products inspired by Ayurvedic practices, carefully crafted for the well-being of users and the planet. đ
What you'll do
Integrated into the Wholesale department, the Sales and Marketing Intern will assist account managers and business developers in order to expand brand presence and awareness throughout Europe.
Reporting directly to the Wholesale Manager, responsibilities will focus on:
Account Management (50% of the time): Assist key account managers in:
Prepare business reviews
Analyze the customer portfolio
Request and process sales information received from key accounts
Schedule calls and meetings with wholesale customers in collaboration with key account managers
Write newsletters announcing product updates, new launches, and other relevant business information
B2B customer support (30% of the time)
Oversee the fulfillment process: validate orders, follow up with the warehouse, communicate with customers
Manage and resolve incoming requests from wholesale customers
New Business Development (20% of the time)
Assist in the execution of the prospecting process and the sales tasks involved: emails, calls, presentations, meetings
Profile
Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing đ
Excellent command of English and French, both oral and written. Knowledge of other European languages, such as Spanish or Dutch, is an asset
Excellent communication skills: no written or oral errors
Good Excel proficiency and strong analytical đ skills
Ability to work in a team
Creative and proactive spirit
Ease of contact and sociability
Any past experience is highly valued
