Tool | Allowing yourself to write your dreams to better orient yourself (with Albane d'Harcourt)

Episode description
French

What if our way of orienting ourselves in life depended, above all, on our ability to dream?

In this episode, I propose to give the word "dream" its full meaning: not to run away from reality, but to imagine, to project yourself, to dare to put words to what makes us vibrate.

My meeting with Albane d'Harcourt made me understand one essential thing: taking the time to write down your dreams is not naïve. It is even vital, if we want to build an aligned and joyful life.

My intention with this episode is simple: to make you want to stop for a moment, listen to your heart, and reconnect with your deepest aspirations. Not those of others. Yours. The ones that, gently, blow the direction to you.
