Rosa Catena Terranova: Starting a business as a couple in Spain
Starting a business as a couple in Spain also means dealing with two different ways of picturing a new life.
Rosa Catena Terranova wanted a quieter pace, but in Ciudad Quesada, in the municipality of Rojales in Spain, she and her husband Carmelo are building a fries shop project (Hola Patatas) that takes up a lot of space in their daily lives.
In this episode of hrmeetup.©, we meet Rosa on Michel Godart's show. She has known the business since her teens and loves seeing customers happy with what she prepares for them.
But behind the service, there are also her desires, her limits, and the space she tries to preserve for her family.
How do you live and work together without always having the same expectations?
What changes when you move to another country, even when it is a decision made together?
Rosa shares her perspective on this adventure with humor, candor, and emotions that find their place as the conversation unfolds.
