I have the pleasure of welcoming Pierre-Henri D'haene. Pierre-Henri is Head of Sustainability at Elia and a member of the Board of Directors of GUBERNA, the Institute of Directors, where he is responsible for further integrating ESG considerations into corporate governance.
In this episode, Pierre-Henri presents the contours of ESG training for boards of directors and emphasizes the importance of integrating ESG considerations into the company's own strategy. He then outlines the different pillars of Kaya's equation that allow us to understand the challenges of climate change before discussing extra-financial accounting and how it integrates the negative externalities of the company.
