The Regulatory Affairs Support Officer manages the document system.

She/He participates in the optimization of internal processes by supporting procedures and training. She/He ensures that document management meets the requirements of Good Distribution Practices.

The Regulatory Affairs Support Officer manages part of the documentation to be able to supply medicines and medical devices to MSF missions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Management of the document system:

  • Support, within MSF Supply, of the management system of procedures, work instructions and documents associated with these procedures:

  • She/He monitors the validity date of the documents and ensures that periodic revisions are carried out on time, he follows up with the drafters and those responsible for the procedure if it is not reviewed

  • She/He ensures the consistency of the information indicated in the procedures (layout, compliance with content, compliance with job profiles, link with other associated procedures)

  • She/He validates and makes available to the teams the new procedures in the management tool

  • She/He assists process owners in describing key activities when drafting procedures and work instructions.   • Prepares, archives and provides detailed certificates of origin to the shipping department

  • Checks, archives and provides sterility certificates for all batches sent by MSF Supply to the field

4. Back up:

  • Regulatory Affairs Officer

  • Occasional work in the warehouse to assist with emergency operations or inventories

Profile

  • Level of Study: Bachelor's degree
