You ensure comprehensive, humane and secure care for patients facing complex and sometimes emotionally heavy pathologies. You provide nursing and technical care in accordance with medical prescriptions, assess patients' health status, anticipate at-risk situations and intervene autonomously in emergencies while awaiting the physician. You prepare, administer and monitor treatments, adapt medical devices according to clinical developments and assist the physician during specific technical procedures.
You ensure the comfort, hygiene, nutrition and support of patients throughout their care pathway, from preparation for examinations to the organization of discharge or transfers. As a key player in the continuity and quality of care, you ensure data traceability, contribute to the care plan and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team.
Beyond technical care, you play an essential role of listening, information and support for patients and their loved ones, particularly during moments of vulnerability, diagnosis disclosure or distress. You also participate in the supervision and training of students, in compliance with quality standards and the hospital's values.
T31 is a pilot unit for the C.A.R.E UP! project, in which nursing work organization has been redesigned to better distribute workload and value everyone's skills. In this capacity, you actively participate in the organization of the day and consultation within the team.

· Ensuring quality and continuity of care: providing technical, relational and educational nursing care adapted to patients' needs, in compliance with protocols, safety rules and the quality approach.
· Exerting clinical leadership: coordinating care provision in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, participating in clinical decisions, and proposing improvements in practices and department organization.
· Supervising and supporting students and new colleagues: ensuring onboarding, tutoring, knowledge transfer and competency assessment during internships, with a focus on professional development and care quality.
Your manager, your team and your environment
· You will be supervised by Anne Spilleboudt, head nurse, and Mélisande Vander Elst, assistant head nurse.
· You will join an 18-person team consisting of nurses, care assistants, logistics assistants and a secretary.

· Sense of initiative in identifying clinical and organizational issues, with a constructive approach oriented toward the continuous improvement of practices.
