Are you a student in communication, events or marketing and want to experience the organization of a large-scale event from A to Z? The project:

H.O.M.E is a collective adventure that grows year after year: 120 volunteers, 100+ partners and +4,000 visitors gathered during previous editions. The next one will be held on May 22 and 23, 2027, and we are counting on you to accompany us in its preparation, from the communication strategy to the coordination of the big day.

Your missions:

  • Deploy the communication strategy : Development and implementation of the external communication plan (social networks, press, mailing) to promote the event.

  • Create visual and editorial content: Publications, digital media, press releases, sponsorship files.

  • Coordinate partner and sponsor relations: Identification, contact and follow-up of partners who support the event.

  • Prepare press and radio interventions: Assistance in the preparation of language elements and materials for media speeches

  • Mobilize and animate the volunteer community: Moderation of internal communication channels, organization of monthly meetings, writing of the monthly newsletter.

  • Managing influencer and press relations: Identification, contact and follow-up of relevant collaborations.
