Within the Customer Services team , we are currently looking for an Operations Employee for a temporary contract until the end of December 2026.

As an Operations Associate, you will be part of a team of 7 colleagues responsible for the operational processing of the various customer processes.

Your contribution to the team:

• You will be responsible for the administrative processing of requests from our private and professional customers.

• You keep customer data and account information up to date.

• You manage emails and incoming mail. To do this, you are present at least 3 days (ideally 5) in the office to manage incoming and outgoing mail.

• You guarantee a quality service to customers and other services.

• You ensure a smooth and qualitative processing of requests, contacting customers or colleagues by phone if necessary.

• You have a bachelor's degree or have already gained professional experience.

• A first experience in a predominantly administrative position would be an asset.

• You put the customer at the center of your priorities and communicate with kindness.

• You excel in administrative tasks, combining efficiency and precision.

• You have a good analytical capacity.

• You are comfortable both orally and in writing, and have a perfect command of Dutch and French

• You know how to interact with colleagues and customers with ease , whether by email, phone or face-to-face.
