The Vias Institute is a national knowledge centre on road safety, safety and mobility. To achieve these goals, we have a cool and creative in-house marketing team for which we are currently looking for a new colleague:

Job Responsibilities

As a colleague in the marketing department, you will have a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for various tasks on a daily basis. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies.

Vias has already developed a number of impactful awareness campaigns, such as the PDO and #AltijdAlert campaign. Together with external partners, you will design new online and offline campaigns and develop them from scratch (creative translation of problem analysis into communication with target groups, elaboration of campaign proposals, drafting briefings and sending them to production companies, purchasing media space, etc.).
You develop creative initiatives to support other departments in the field of marketing and communication. This includes writing newsletters and creating content for social media.
You organize internal events outside, such as press conferences. You will play a crucial role in coordinating all aspects of these events, from planning and logistics to content preparation and monitoring. And you make sure they succeed and contribute to marketing goals.

Profile

You have a bachelor's or master's degree (marketing, corporate communications or a similar field) with at least several years of experience.
You are a team player and have the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You take on projects autonomously, you are involved and you can easily work independently.
You are customer-oriented and communicate easily with stakeholders at all levels ; Pitching gives you energy.
You are fluent in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is an asset.
