Job description

As an HR Officer, you will be part of a small HR team where you will be able to take on various tasks.

  • Follow-up of the daily HR mailbox and the HR post as well as answering questions from all employees (employees) on various themes

  • Carrying out a correct HR administration, drawing up and checking contracts, employment and termination documents and the follow-up of sickness certificates, certificates, etc

  • Onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues

  • Providing support in the field of recruitment: screening candidates, writing vacancies, talking to the manager and doing interviews

  • Improving HR procedures and policies

  • Participate in the start-up and roll-out of HR projects such as the preparation and roll-out of a training plan, the CLA 90, etc

  • Providing support to the HR Manager in areas such as talent management, HR analyses, etc.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or an equivalent experience.

  • Experience in 1 of the following domains is a big plus: HR administration, recruitment, payroll, talent management.

  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail. You actively pursue information and take responsibility for your tasks.

  • You like to learn things across different HR domains and are flexible to take on extra/different tasks.

  • You speak and understand Dutch and French fluently and you get by in English.
