Our commitments to a sustainable world
Savais-tu que Triodos était la première banque à financer une éolienne (déjà en 1985) ? 🌬️ Et qu’en 2015, elle avait participé à la création de la norme PCAF, qui permet aux établissements financiers de mesurer l’empreinte carbone de leurs crédits et investissements ?
Triodos a pour objectif d’atteindre zéro émission nette au plus tard en 2035 via leur programme « As One to Zero ». Que cela soit pour ses crédits ou ses fonds d’investissement, la banque éthique soutient le scénario le plus ambitieux de l'accord de Paris : limiter l'augmentation de la température mondiale à 1,5°C. 🌍
Chaque année, Triodos aide financièrement plus de 80 000 clients et entreprises en Belgique, et quelque 750 000 à l’échelle européenne, dans le cadre de la réalisation de leurs projets éthiques et sociaux (ASBL, écoles, hôpitaux, maisons de repos, petits commerces de proximité,...) !
Le bâtiment dans lequel séjourne la team Triodos est certifié BREEAM, une norme internationale de développement durable pour l’environnement bâti. 🏢🌿 Le must ? La note “Outstanding” (Remarquable), résultats des performances élevées de la structure !
“Quel est l'impact positif que l’on peut produire ?”, telle est la question que se pose régulièrement la team Triodos. Résultat : récoltes de dons pour diverses causes, catering végétarien, café (et chocolat !) Fairtrade, réalisation d’un déménagement circulaire, comité Diversity & Inclusion... Du durable, jusqu’au bout des doigts !
Encore quelques chiffres réjouissants ? Triodos a permis de produire 29,5 millions de repas biologiques par an et de cofinancer 611 projets d’énergie renouvelable, pour une capacité de production totale de 9.100 mégawatts ! 🌱
