Junior Mentoring Program Officer

The Junior Mentoring Program Officer ensures the creation and monitoring of pairs and provides support in the recruitment of job seekers and the organization of events. ✨

Responsibilities:

🤝 Creation and monitoring of pairs

• Recruitment of new mentees/mentors

• Meeting and presentation of Team4Job to new mentees/mentors

• Analysis of mentee/mentor profiles

• Matching and creation of pairs

• Follow-up of pairs, reporting and administrative management

🎉 Event planning

• Organization of mente/mentor meetings

• Participation in the organization of workshops focused on job search and personal development

• Participation in the organization of partner days

• University degree or equivalent 🎓

• 1st experience required: internship / volunteering / professional experience

• Excellent knowledge of French, good command of English

• Ability to work autonomously, versatilely, pro-actively, and rigorously

• Real motivation to participate in a social entrepreneurship project in the field of socio-professional integration! 🧡
