Job description

Optimy is a project management software (SaaS) that helps companies bring their positive social impact initiatives to life

With our four solutions (grants, donations, volunteering and sponsorship), we help more than 300 customers in more than 30 countries and support them in their desire to do good for society. Our client portfolio includes Audi, L'Oréal, Michelin France, TUI, Petrobras and many more.

Our main goal? Ensure the success of our clients' social impact projects by making their processes more efficient and easy to implement in our intuitive and flexible tool.

Your mission

  • Ensure CRM data integrity with regular deduplication and cleansing procedures. Manage and evaluate data in the CRM

  • Any additional support that sales development teams may need: market research, competitor analysis, etc.

  • Sales Operations & Processes: Support the sales team in day-to-day sales operations using sales enablement tools, lead generation tools, and CRM

  • Lead research: constantly updating the existing database and being part of the lead generation team

  • Marketing operations: deliver inbounds from marketing to sales, ensure the smooth running of the process between inbound lead generation and sales follow-up

  • Market research: analyze customers, competitors, and support the company's strategic decisions on sales direction and targeting

  • Ensure a smooth flow of day-to-day operations between sales, marketing, and customer success teams by leveraging our communication channels and CRM


  • You are fluent in English. French, German or Dutch is a plus

  • You are available for 6 months from September

  • All other European languages are a plus

  • Previous administrative experience is desirable but not required

  • You are proactive and you are a "doer"

  • You have a genuine interest in a career in sales and/or business operations

  • You are organized and able to work independently

  • An agreement is provided by your university
