Job description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will strengthen our production and logistics team. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

1/ Responsible for purchasing and relations with our suppliers

  • Requests for quotations and orders for components.

  • Search for new suppliers, sourcing of technical components.

  • Optimization of order costs, price and payment term negotiations.

  • Quality control of components received, management of disputes with suppliers.

2/ Inventory management and planning

  • Responsible for supplies according to sales forecasts, customer orders and production needs.

  • Inventory management and financial optimization of stock.

3/ Complete ERP and supply chain data management

  • Responsible for the encoding and tracking of stock movements in the ERP.

  • Recurring audit of data quality (lead times, costs, stock movements, etc.).

  • Encoding new products, components, and BOMs.

  • Monthly reporting to be presented to the team (KPIs defined beforehand).

Profile

Our team is young – with a median age of 32 – and we have a very committed yet flexible work culture. We are a team of curious and creative people with good communication skills.

We are looking for someone who has the following skills :

  • At least 3 years of supply chain experience – ideally in a technical or technological field.

  • Good knowledge in the management of an ERP, knowledge of the Odoo software is a plus.

  • Organized, rigorous person, with a very good sense of contact.

  • Highly motivated individual, ready to get involved in an exciting and growing company.

  • Strong interest in machinery and manufacturing, and willingness to gain technical knowledge related to our business.

  • Excellent command of French and English (oral and written), Dutch is a plus.
