Maison Dandoy is the oldest biscuit factory in Brussels. 🍪 For more than 190 years, we've been celebrating simple pleasures by offering cookies that are rich in flavor and generous in character. These sweet treats are 100% natural and handcrafted by passionate masters in our Brussels workshops.

Family, craftsmanship, quality and traditions are the foundations of Maison Dandoy. It all began in 1829, when the great-great-great-grandfather artisan baker opened his first shop on rue du Marché-aux-Herbes. Thirty years later, he moved to rue du Beurre where he taught his son Philippe the trade. After 190 years of know-how, tradition and passion still rule here with new ideas, big projects but always with the same delicious recipes of the past.

Our guilty pleasure? The authentic and homemade Speculoos! Voted the best speculoos in the world by the people of Brussels, it never ceases to satisfy the taste buds of young and old alike. Even if Maison Dandoy has made speculoos its specialty, we offer a multitude of sweet pleasures: crunchy, crispy, cakes, financiers, frangipanes... There is something for all gourmets and for every occasion!

Maison Dandoy is also known and recognized for our excellent waffles which can be enjoyed in one of our three tasting rooms in the center of Brussels.

🔍 Maison Dandoy is looking for its next Quality Intern . 

As a Quality Intern , you are responsible for the application of all food safety and quality rules and standards applied in the company, from the arrival of raw materials to the finished product, in order to guarantee consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Awareness and training of teams in good hygiene and environmental practices

• Monitoring of compliance with good hygiene practices and environmental policy

• Assistance in the preparation and formalization of hygiene audits 

• Help in the organization of quality campaigns

• Participate in the Food Safety Culture

• You are familiar with the standards of the food 🍴 industry

• You are easy to get along with and you defend your ideas with pedagogy.

• Possess an excellent analytical and synthesis spirit and be a force of proposal.

• You are rigorous, responsive and comfortable with standards and procedures.

• You are solution-oriented and autonomous.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, versatility, and an ability to manage priorities.
