Job description

Main Mission: Ensure the day-to-day management of non-technical tasks, in close collaboration with the founders.

The main tasks:

Administrative project management: Budget planning, report writing, and tracking project payments.

Financial Management and Accounting: The interface with our accounting office to ensure the management of invoices and payments, the financial follow-up of projects.

Facility & Office Maintenance: Ensure efficient supply management and maintain an optimal work environment.

Marketing Support: Updating the website

Profile

  • Personality Proactive, independent, dynamic and versatile.

  • Education: Academic degree or experience in a field such as business administration, management, finance, or human resources.

  • Financial Management and Accounting: Financial management, budgeting, and accounting skills for financial monitoring of projects and internal management.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both  written and oral, to interact with a variety of internal and external interlocutors.

  • Proficiency in office tools and management systems (e.g. MSOffice, management software).

  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English to enable professional and fluent communication orally and in writing. Knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish is an added advantage.
