Job description

Identify pain points in our current ordering and inventory tracking system.
Design and implement automated scripts or tools to streamline workflows (e.g., reorder triggers, incoming inspection logs, supplier follow-up templates).
Improve how we use Airtable or spreadsheets to better track lead times, stock levels, and part status.
Support the setup of a more robust, scalable digital infrastructure for operations.
Collaborate

Profile

Background in engineering, computer science, or data systems. 💻
Hands-on experience with Python, VBA, Airtable scripting, or Google Apps Script.
Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Interest in operations, logistics, or manufacturing systems is a plus.
