The Communication Department is looking to expand its fundraising team by recruiting a Fundraising Administrative Associate (m/f/x)
👉 Job description
The fundraising team, attached to the Communication department, is composed of two people :
Fundraising – direct marketing managers: in charge of managing donations and campaigns aimed at the general public (mailings, newsletters, social networks, door-to-door, rounding up at checkouts, donor services, loyalty events, etc.).
Fundraising Manager – corporate, foundations and major donors : in charge of managing donations to companies, foundations, corporate foundations, major donors and legacies.
To develop the organization's financial income and strengthen the department, the Head of Direct Marketing Fundraising is looking for a person to support her in the administrative tasks related to the management of donations and donors.
💼 Missions
Make calls to our financial donors, in particular to collect their national number
Update the donor database
Encode donations and donors in the CRM and ensure administrative follow-up
Prepare and send different kinds of letters, including thank you letters
Participate in the preparation of newsletters
Assist the team in the preparation of various fundraising events
Respond to donor inquiries by phone/email
Profile
Affinity for administrative 📝 tasks
Previous experience in a similar position
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent knowledge of French and Dutch (fluency in Dutch required, working language in this position)
Ability to use the office suite + a database/ CRM 💻
Organizational skills, detail-oriented, rigorous
Ability to work independently
