At KULT Kefir, our mission is to spread the word about the benefits of fruit kefir across Europe, from the heart of Belgium, positioning ourselves as the leading brand in the market. As we continue to grow in Belgium, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales across different channels.
Presentation of the position:
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business efforts, responsible for the promotion and sale of our fruit kefir products in Belgium and abroad. This position is ideal for an ambitious graduate who is passionate about health and wellness, and wants to start a career in sales. You will work closely with retail and HoReCa establishments, building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales to achieve business objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Develop the distribution of KULT in different channels (retail and HoReCa).
Increase overall sales in your area.
Build loyal customer relationships.
To increase our market share.
Negotiate in-store placement and visibility.
Support the team in different projects throughout the year.
Activate in-store promotions to boost sales rate.
Install promotional materials inside and outside stores.
Participate in various international trade fairs.
Work closely with local wholesalers : negotiation, installation and support.
Seek out new distribution opportunities and events.
Profile
Profile of the ideal candidate:
Fluency in French, Dutch and English
Level of study: Master's degree
Strong motivation and learning agility
0 to 2 years of sales experience
Driver's License (B)
Team spirit
Good communication skills
Interest in healthy products
Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for results
Ability to lead projects independently and take responsibility for them from start to finish

A first introductory call: presentation of the company, personal presentation and sales situation
Second more general call to deepen the practical questions and meeting with a 2nd person from the company
A third meeting on site with a small business case and final interview with the team
